Mr. G ("Mr. G," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Mr. G mobile application (the "App"). Mr. G is a social game in which you record yourself pouring a Guinness, the App measures how close your pour lands to the "G" on the glass ("Split the G"), and you can compete with friends — including in real-money challenges facilitated by our payments partner, Lucra.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To score a "Split the G," the App records a short video of your pour and analyzes it. Pour scoring is performed on your device — the video is analyzed locally to measure how close the beer line lands to the "G." A copy of your pour video/photo may be uploaded so it can be shown to you and to other participants in a challenge you enter.
Real-money challenges, deposits, withdrawals, and wallet balances are handled by our payments partner, Lucra. When you fund or withdraw, or enter a cash challenge, Lucra (and its own service providers) collects and processes the financial information required to do so. Mr. G does not collect or store your card, bank, or full payment details — that data is held by Lucra. We store only what we need to link a challenge to its outcome (for example, a Lucra matchup identifier).
When required — typically before a withdrawal — Lucra and its identity-verification providers collect and store the information needed to verify your identity, which may include your name, date of birth, address, and government identifiers. Mr. G does not collect or store your identity documents or Social Security Number — that verification is performed and held by Lucra's providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
When you participate in a challenge, certain information is visible to other participants, including your username, avatar, pour scores, and leaderboard position, and — for a challenge you enter — your pour video/photo. You can control aspects of sharing in your settings.
We may disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal process, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or security issues.
We collect location data (state/region) to determine eligibility for real-money challenges and to comply with state regulations. Real-money challenges and withdrawals may be unavailable in restricted states. If you do not grant location access, some features may be unavailable.
Mr. G's challenges are skill-based: the outcome of a "Split the G" is determined by how accurately you pour, measured objectively from your pour video — not by chance. Real-money challenges are facilitated by Lucra.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
The fraud-prevention hash cannot be reversed to reveal your actual contact information and is used solely to prevent referral-program abuse and duplicate accounts.

The App is primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We use push notifications to inform you about challenge updates, results, friend activity, and account information, and we collect device tokens to deliver them. You can opt out in your device settings.
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age, and real-money play requires you to be of legal age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us at justin@mrg.app and we will take appropriate action to delete it.
You can delete your account at any time through the App (Settings → Delete Account). Your profile and pour content will be removed. Certain data may be retained as described in the Data Retention section above, and financial/verification records held by Lucra are subject to Lucra's retention obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
